TENTH SYMPOSIUM ON LACTIC ACID BACTERIA

CELEBRATING 30 YEARS OF LAB RESEARCH

The 10th Symposium on Lactic Acid Bacteria will be held in the Congress Centre “Hotel Zuiderduin”, Zeeweg 52, Egmond aan Zee, the Netherlands from August 28 to September 1, 2011. The Symposium will start with a Welcome Reception, a Keynote Lecture and a buffet dinner on August 28 at 17.00 h. The official closing will be on September 1 at 13.00 h.

It is organised under the auspices of the Federation of European Microbiological Societies (FEMS) and the Netherlands Society for Microbiology (NVvM).
